Director of Strategic Partnerships
Mirwais Khan leads our efforts in building strategic partnerships with other organizations, government bodies, and international agencies. A driven and ambitious A-Level student, Mirwais has a passion for social work, politics, and travel. He established a student-run NGO in 2021 and has a proven track record of leadership and community service. His ultimate goal is to become a successful barrister and politician.
Mohammad Babakhel
Director of Research and Policy
Mohammad Babakhel oversees our research and policy initiatives. A 19-year-old progressing through his EASA aircraft maintenance modules, Mohammad has been an active debater and has experience in planning, event management, and fundraising. Despite serious renal issues, he remains committed to his goals and has established his own NGO to support underprivileged groups. His work includes food and clothing drives, flood relief, and raising awareness during COVID-19.
Ayesha Khan
Director of Education Programs
Ayesha Khan oversees all educational initiatives at YLS-P. With a background in educational management and a passion for equitable access to quality education, Ayesha leads our "Education for All" campaign and various other programs aimed at improving literacy rates and educational outcomes for youth across Pakistan.
Ahmed Ali
Director of Civic Engagement
Ahmed Ali is responsible for our civic engagement and political advocacy programs. With a keen understanding of the political landscape and youth representation issues, Ahmed organizes workshops, seminars, and campaigns to educate and empower young people to participate actively in the political process.
Sara Malik
Director of Health and Wellness
Sara Malik leads our health and wellness initiatives, focusing on mental health awareness and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR). With her background in public health, Sara develops and implements programs that provide vital health information and resources to youth, promoting overall well-being and informed choices.
Bilal Qureshi
Director of Environmental Programs
Bilal Qureshi heads our environmental conservation efforts. Passionate about sustainability and climate action, Bilal organizes tree planting drives, Miyawaki forest plantations, and environmental education programs. His work aims to engage youth in meaningful environmental stewardship and promote a sustainable future.
Nadia Javed
Director of Digital Literacy
Nadia Javed manages our digital literacy programs, working to bridge the technology gap and equip youth with essential digital skills. With her expertise in technology and education, Nadia leads workshops on coding, internet safety, and STEM education, ensuring that young people are prepared for the digital age.
Farhan Akhtar
Director of Volunteer Programs
Farhan Akhtar coordinates our volunteer force, overseeing disaster relief efforts and community service projects. Farhan's experience in humanitarian aid and volunteer management ensures that our response teams are well-prepared to provide immediate assistance during natural disasters and other emergencies.

Head of Turkey Chapter
Ibrahim Babakhel leads our chapter in Turkey, coordinating activities and initiatives that support Pakistani youth in Turkey. His leadership ensures that our mission of youth empowerment extends beyond Pakistan's borders.

Head of UK Chapter
Talha Baig heads our UK chapter, fostering connections with Pakistani youth in the United Kingdom and organizing programs that align with YLS-P's mission. His efforts help build a strong international community of young leaders.
