Tabby & Co Pvt. Ltd. is committed to a safe environment and maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. These standards are publicly available and form part of our Terms and Community Guidelines.
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) means any content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a minor - including grooming, solicitation of a minor, sexual harassment of or by a minor, sexual extortion (sextortion), and trafficking.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) means any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Both are illegal and strictly prohibited.
CSAE and CSAM are prohibited on YLS without exception. Any account involved will be terminated.
We moderate user-generated content and act on reports of child-endangerment content as a priority.
Anyone can report suspected CSAE/CSAM through the in-app reporting tool or directly to [CHILD-SAFETY CONTACT]. Reports of child endangerment are treated as urgent.
On becoming aware of CSAM, we remove it, preserve information as required, terminate the responsible account, and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable law.
Our designated child-safety contact is [CHILD-SAFETY CONTACT], who is positioned to address enforcement and review procedures and to respond to platform notifications regarding child-safety matters.
YLS is for users aged 18+. We do not permit minors. Every user must confirm they are 18 or older at sign-up before they can use the platform, we record that confirmation, and we remove any under-age account we become aware of.
We comply with applicable child-safety laws and with the child-safety requirements of the platforms through which YLS is distributed.
