Muhammad Tabish Hamid is the Founder of Young Leaders Society, a registered youth organisation he co-founded on Pakistan’s Independence Day, August 14, 2020. A LUMS graduate in Humanities and Social Sciences, Tabish built Young Leaders Society from an 8-member founding committee into a national network of 14 chapters across two zones, with signed institutional partnerships including Al-Khidmat Foundation and Pakistan Digital Authority.
His work spans public policy, youth civic engagement, climate advocacy, and social reform. He co-founded the LUMS Policy Research Initiative, collaborated with Pakistan’s Ministry of Education on curriculum development, and represented Pakistan at the International AIDS Conference 2024 in Munich. In 2026, he convened the Indus AI Summit, which led to a formal MoU with the Pakistan Digital Authority - one of the organisation’s most significant institutional milestones.
Young Leaders Society was built on a founding insight: leadership is the starting point of all change. Every transformative era in history was led by individuals who inspired chains of successors. YLS was built to identify, develop, and amplify Pakistan’s next generation of leaders.
