These Terms govern your use of Young Leaders Society (“YLS”), operated by Tabby & Co Pvt. Ltd.. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Child Safety Standards.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Tabby & Co Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 to use YLS. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account. One person, one account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You may sign in with email and password or with a supported identity provider (e.g. Google).
YLS supports an organisational structure with chapters, zones, national and global levels, and assigned roles. Roles and access are granted, changed, or revoked by authorised office-holders and administrators. Certain administrative roles are assigned only by the organisation and are not user-selectable.
A free Volunteer account gives you access. Becoming a General Member requires formal selection by YLS and payment of the applicable membership subscription.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Tabby & Co Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform (for example, showing your contributions in the directory or, where you opt in, on your public profile), consistent with the visibility settings you choose and the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
You must comply with our Community Guidelines. Prohibited conduct includes anything unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing, or that endangers others - and, with zero tolerance, any content or conduct involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
YLS - including its software, design, and branding - is owned and operated by Tabby & Co Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for your own content, you may not copy, modify, or redistribute the platform without permission.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or where necessary to protect members or the organisation. You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time (see the Account & Data Deletion Policy).
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tabby & Co Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. [Counsel to finalise scope and any liability cap.]
You agree to indemnify Tabby & Co Pvt. Ltd. against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your content, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of [the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan - confirm].
We may update these Terms and will seek renewed acceptance for material changes.
